Terms and ConditionsOrders may take up to 6 busineess days to ship. When order has been received and processed costumer will be provided with a tracking number by email. Information recceived will not be shared to any otherr sources. All informaation provided stays within De Lion Desgins Inc.

Can I modify or cancel my order?Due to having lots of orders and ensuring that you receive your producs as soon as possible modifications and will be accepted only if you modify them within 1 hour after you placed your order. If you wish to cancel your order you must cancel within 1 hour after you placed your order. Contact us as soon as possible to see if you are still on time to cancel or modify your order but it can not be done days after the order has been placed.

I like a design but the color shirt, size or style not available"Some items go out of stock really quick. Contact us by email to see what we can do to get you your product as soon as possible. We can bring back most old designs you just have to contact us.

How do I track my package?We are currently shipping with USPS. As soon as your package has been shipped you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will contain the tracking number of your package and the estimated delivery date.

Returns & ExchangesWhen doing a return we are happy to provide you with online store credit for all regular priced items if returned back to us 14 days after the order has been received. Any products returned after the 14 days will be denied. Any items that have been customized are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items must be returned with all tags on, in the original condition, unused and unwashed. Once De Lion Designs has received your package, all returns will be examined in order for you to receive the store credit. We have the right to deny a return if the items are suspected to be worn, damaged, stained, or altered in any way. You will then be notified via email if your product has been accepted for return and if you will receive online credit. If you are requesting an exchange, contact us as soon as possible in order for us to save the correct size for you before the product goes out of stock. Exchanges can be done with most items the exceptions include anything that was customized.

When will my order ship?Due to having a high demand in merchandise and an extensive amount of options available, some items may take longer than others to ship. With this option being added our shipping can take up to 4 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders are only shipped during those business days.
